Levi Strauss & Co. Headquarter Interiors

San Francisco, CA

NEW WORKSPACE FOR NEW IDEAS  At an inflection point with their brand, employees and work flow, a conceptual strategy was developed to consolidate Levi’s 1,300 employees into a single building to stimulate interdepartmental collaboration, creativity and brand continuity.

OPEN SPACE TO ENCOURAGE INNOVATION  A creative strategy including visually opening up an existing central exit stairway, transformed physical connections, horizontally and vertically, and resulted in an inviting, flexible and environmentally efficient design (LEED Gold certified), supporting Levi’s new corporate framework and desired results.

PHASED & FAST-TRACKED  Relocating staff required significant orchestration and phasing between vacating and opening new floors. Totaling over 300,000 sf, programming, design and construction documents of seven floors was accomplished in six months. Fast-tracked and phased construction enabled an eight-week build out of each floor. .
