180 Townsend

San Francisco, CA

RESPECTING HISTORIC ROOTS  This century-old brick building is re-envisioned to attract new clients and uses. A sophisticated lobby, innovative amenity area, roof deck and atriums, leverage the building’s historic characteristics while seamlessly blending in with the historic language of the existing materials, windows and doors.

IMPROVING INTERNAL INFRASTRUCTURE  Outdated internal infrastructure of this 100 year-old building is upgraded, including replacement of central HVAC equipment, and the original non-enclosed freight hoist car was upgraded with a modern freight elevator.
