DYNAMIC AND INFORMATIVE Textured stainless steel cladding floats over transparent retail storefronts, its appearance evolving with changing daylight. A continuous second layer of vertical supports serves as a framework for art, cultural and commercial signage celebrating community events and activities.
SUSTAINABILITY AT CORE Certified LEED Platinum, the design employs an array of sustainable features to enhance the quality of the experience while improving the center’s efficiency by approximately 26% and protecting and improving the health of the site.
