Kobe Tower

Kobe, Japan

LUXURY LIVING FOR SENIORS  This 35-story high-rise includes 483 independent living units and 98 skilled nursing units that are woven together with a rich mix of amenities and public spaces.

URBAN GARDENS  Common areas on the ground level provide direct access to beautiful gardens and landscaped areas offering all residents opportunities for sun and a connection to nature. The location of the tower to the northwest side of the three-acre site enables the large sun-filled courtyard and perimeter gardens to also create a buffer from the adjoining streets.

LANTERN IN THE SKY  The two top floors house dining and lounge spaces and  provide access to amazing views while also giving an illuminated lantern landmark for the city of Kobe.
