REINVIGORATING A BLOCK  Residential units and retail integrate the development into the surrounding neighborhood and bring new life to the street, replacing a single-story commercial building and surface parking lot.

SUPPORTING NEIGHBORHOOD CONTEXT  Each street elevation carefully respects and builds on the existing neighborhood character while also addressing two different zoning regulations.

SPACIOUS UNITS  “Upside-down” townhouse units put the living space on the upper floor where it benefits from a zoning-required setback, while a luxury corner unit takes advantage of great natural light, views and a large corner terrace.
