Situated on 317 acres and nestled against the Mayacama Mountains in Sonoma County, the Robert Young Estate Winery includes 3,500 gsf of production, hospitality and administrative space. An additional 4,000 gsf of caves were excavated from the adjacent hillside to provide space for barrel-aging of red wine. As part of an overall site master plan, future phases include an additional 5,000 gsf of caves, which will include a combination of hospitality functions and expanded wine barrel storage. A new production and administrative facility, sited atop the adjacent hillside, will add another 13,500 gsf of wine production and hospitality space, as well as a tasting room that commands sweeping views of the Alexander Valley. This future expansion will increase production to a total capacity of 30,000 cases.
