Located in the northern end of Napa Valley, between St. Helena and Calistoga, the Trinchero Winery features a new premium production winery, public and VIP tasting rooms and Hospitality Center. Situated on a knoll within a natural oak woodland, three independent buildings were designed to form a large outdoor courtyard and seamlessly integrate within the pastoral site and adjacent vineyard.
Production Building: Upon arrival to the winery, guests walk through a central garden courtyard adjacent to the crush pad and proceed to the 24,000 sf production building housing the fermentation tanks and barrel storage. The building’s visual impact is reduced through its careful siting into the downward slope of the knoll, maintaining sensitivity to the character of the Napa Valley countryside.
Hospitality Center: The 10,800 sf Hospitality Center was designed to house Trinchero’s internationally recognized wine and culinary education programs. The center features indoor and outdoor kitchens and dining spaces, vinegar solera, woodburning ovens, reserve tasting room and cellar, and culinary gardens.
Tasting Room: A separate 7,500 sf, one-story agrarian building hosts the tasting room, public and private event space, and administrative offices. Large covered patios flank the length of the tasting room to allow the public to take in the natural beauty of the surrounding valley.
