Cabo del Sol is an 1,800 acre luxury resort consisting of a five-star, 100-suite hotel and spa with 40 fractional units, 409 residences, and a world-class golf clubhouse and swim club. Located above 20 miles of pristine coastline in Los Cabos, Mexico, the resort is modeled after the Andalusian "White Towns" of Spain, this hill town resort is organized into distinctive communities - the Hill Town Village Mountain Estates and the Golf Village.
The Hill Town Village is comprised of a five-star, luxury hotel and 233 single family residences. The hotel, located at the highest point of the hillside, is the focal point of the village. The operation of the hotel has been simplified by vertically layering amenities and support services. Discreet paths throughout the development create inconspicuous service pathways. The hotel also includes 40 fractional units which are clustered in "villas" - small villages of 7 to 8 suites - and staggered down the hill to provide each suite with privacy and unobstructed views. The arrangement of the villas allow suites to be reserved by groups or individuals.
The Golf Village is comprised of 102 attached casitas with interior courtyards, 51 larger, more rural haciendas, 23 destination properties, a world class golf clubhouse and swim club.
