1645 Pacific

San Francisco, CA
Description Credits/Info Recognition

Named one of the Decade's Best Buildings in a Changing SF by the San Francisco Chronicle in 2019, 1645 Pacific is a tale of a developer’s vision and architect’s craft joining to create an elegant addition to San Francisco’s legacy. The 39 well crafted residences nestled in Russian Hill offer breathtaking views and easy access to many San Francisco neighborhoods.

The exterior of the building incorporates modern construction methodology with well composed sculptures, bays, and wrought iron balconies. Ground floor of the building is anchored with neighborhood retail spaces that enhance the pedestrian experience. The back of the building is another expression of artistic living where residents can enjoy a larger-than-life mural executed by local artist, Zio Ziegler.

The same craftsmanship is carried into the interior of the building. The intimately scaled lobbies showcase the classically designed marble floor, bold wall mural, elegant fixtures and well articulated ceiling. The design of the unit interiors offers a diverse unit mix all with generous kitchen and bathroom layouts.

Thoughtful consideration blends sustainable features into this classical building that also encourages healthy living. Certified LEED Silver, the project offers car share, bicycle parking, on-site storm water treatment and a roof garden.
