BAR-Designed 99 Rausch in SFBT's "What You Need To Know in Real Estate"
The BAR Architects-designed 99 Rausch was featured in San Francisco Business Times' April 10th, "What You Need To Know in Real Estate," a round-up of local news items, musings from notable figures, insights from other publications and must-reads from the SFBT newsroom.
From the article:
"Construction recently wrapped up on 99 Rausch, a six-story, 112-unit condo building in San Francisco’s SoMa district.
The building, developed by Pillar Capital Consulting Group, features large windows, brick accents, a rooftop terrace, landscaped garden, gym and a dog-washing station. 'The complex is a subtle celebration of the existing neighborhood, incorporating modern design elements with cues and materials reminiscent of nearby buildings and local character,' said Chris Haegglund, president and CEO of BAR Architects, the firm that designed the building."
