Paula Krugmeier, AIA, Speaker at ULI Spring Conference
SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- Paula Krugmeier, AIA, Principal with BAR Architects served as a panel speaker at ULI's 2006 Spring Conference in Salt Lake City, UT.
Presenting, "Mixed-Use Lessons Learned", Paula shared the latest innovative and successful design concepts and solutions for high-density multifamily and retail development based on her experience as Principal-in-Charge of San Jose's acclaimed Santana Row. The session was held on Thursday, May 11, 2006 from 11:30am to 12:00pm at the Hotel Monaco. The ULI Spring Conference is held annually for participating council members of the organization. The Urban Land Institute is the nation's premier research and education forum for property owners, developers, real estate investors and advisors, architects, planners, engineers, lawyers and professors.
