BAR Welcomes Bradley Sugarman

Bradley has developed his design expertise in hospitality and multifamily environments by blending his passion for living an urban lifestyle with his approach to modern architectural design; simple, relevant and sustainable. Having the opportunity to plan and design over 15 projects throughout the Bay Area has helped establish his urban sensibility.

Currently, Bradley is designing two multifamily projects sited within Foster Square, a new 15-acre walkable community in Foster City being designed by BAR Architects. This new senior living community includes affordable apartments for MidPen Housing and market-rate residences developed by The New Home Company.

Prior to joining BAR Architects, Bradley was an Associate with David Baker Architects where he was responsible for the project management of numerous multifamily and hospitality projects including two award-winning hotels, the H2hotel and the Hotel Healdsburg – as well as the conceptual design of the new H3hotel – all located in Healdsburg, CA.

Don't hesitate to say hello to Bradley if you see him riding his bike to work or day tripping down to Half Moon Bay on the weekend!
