I find immense joy in purpose driven architecture, specifically affordable housing. Being a part of a team whose ultimate mission is to help provide decent, equitable, and thoughtfully designed housing for underserved communities makes the long game worthwhile.
What makes really great design?
Great design starts with a synergistic team that collaborates to help solve a greater problem, understands the needs of its user, lives symbiotically in its surrounding environment, and provides connection to the community.
