CREATING A VISION-CENTRIC COMMUNITY  BAR’s interior design reflected and reinforced the original vision that guided our overall architectural project design. Timeless understated sophistication and simplicity were guiding principles for all of the common areas including the lobby, resident lounge and corridors. The selection of unit interior finishes and materials created a cohesive and memorable vision and brand statement.

URBANE YET CLASSIC  Interior materials for standard and upgraded upper floor luxury units are natural, utilizing vinyl plank or engineered wood floors and Studio Becker European cabinetry. Where available, concrete structural elements were left exposed to add authenticity and functional clarity.

COMPREHENSIVE SUSTAINABILITY  Consistent with the high-level of attention given to the shell building’s sustainability initiatives, the interior design incorporated the use of all Energy Star compliant appliances, and materials selected utilized recycled and eco-friendly materials including low-VOC paints, FSC Certified Wood, Carpet & Rug Institute Green Label Plus carpet, and construction materials that were between 72%-100% pre- & post-consumer recycled content.
