One Henry Adams Brings Residents to SF's Design District
San Francisco, CA - The new apartment complex at 1 Henry Adams St. occupies the last open parcel on the puny traffic circle that serves as the hub of the wheel of the city’s Design District. It’s across the street from the 1915 brick Denim Carrageen and Hayden Building at 2 Henry Adams St., which is one of two buildings that make up the 600,000-square-foot San Francisco Design Center. Since it opened in November, developer Equity Residential has leased 102 of the 241 units at One Henry Adams. It has also rented out all of the 9,000 square feet of retail space. In addition to a 3,600-square-foot outpost of the Grove restaurant, announced last year, Equity just completed an agreement with Kash Feng, owner of numerous local sushi outlets, including the nearby Omakase restaurant.
