BAR Expands into Southern California with Opening of Los Angeles Office
Los Angeles, CA — Following the firm’s 50th anniversary year, Chris Haegglund, AIA, LEED AP, Principal and CEO, has announced the opening of BAR Architects’ Los Angeles office, located in the Fine Arts Building at 811 W. 7th Street. The new Los Angeles office will support the firm’s continued presence in Southern California, with day-to-day support for clients, partners and projects in the Los Angeles area. “Proximity to our Southern California clients and partners, and the architectural diversity of the area, have always made Los Angeles the logical next step for our firm,” said Chris Haegglund. “BAR operates across a variety of market sectors throughout California. The Los Angeles office increases our access to a broad geographic base, and provides the local day-to-day support we need to meet the demand we’ve seen from Southern California. This is a decision we’ve anticipated for a long time, and we look forward to blending the culture of BAR Architects with the vibrancy and diversity of Los Angeles.”
