MIDCENTURY MASTERPIECE Restoration of this iconic 1958 Joseph Esherick home honors original architecture and memories. Hemlock wall, plaster ceilings, terrazzo floors, and original decorative lighting fixtures are preserved and restored with new materials and finishes referencing original. Furnishings and furniture layouts are inspired by the homeowner’s childhood memories.
ESTABLISHING NEW MEMORIES Original workshop is now a wine room for the homeowner’s wine collection hobby while a childhood bedroom is now a home office. Restored hemlock walls provide a background for curated art collection for current and future generations.
